Hanan is a Syariah law graduate from Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin in 2017 and later on, Hanan continued her postgraduate diploma studies at Universiti Antarabangsa Malaysia in the field of Postgraduate Diploma in Law and Administration of Islamic Judiciary. She completed her pupillage under the guidance and tutelage of Puan Hajjah Faizah at Faizah Aishah Rahman & Associates and was admitted as Syarie Lawyer for Federal Territories of Malaysia in 2019. Hanan now holds syarie legal certificate for Negeri Sembilan, Selangor, Melaka, Johor and Pulau Pinang.

Her current area of practice is Syariah Litigation and Estate Probate Administration. She has assisted partners and clients in non-contentious and contentious matters in Islamic family matters like divorce, settlement agreement, child custody, harta sepencarian, muta’ah and many more. During her practice, Hanan successfully managed Syariah Court dispute cases and inheritance involving the disputed property worth up to millions of ringgit.
