Early in her career, Islamiah served as a Magistrate in the Kuala Lumpur Magistrate Court. This invaluable experience provided her with a solid foundation in the legal field and a deep understanding of the judicial system. However, fate presented her with an exciting opportunity to venture into Human Resources Management, which ultimately became her true calling.
